My journey began far from C-Suite—on a farm in Michigan—where determination and work ethic were part of daily life. Decades later, after leading global teams, living abroad, becoming an extreme professional athlete, and navigating male-dominated spaces, I found my purpose in helping people and organizations thrive. This is the story behind that “why.”

“Michelle had a very positive influence on our company, where she coached me (Engineering VP) and a number of other colleagues. She was able to bridge many difficult issues with communication and collaboration, working across the organization to help us self-modify into a better team. She was able to effectively work horizontally across peers and vertically between managers and employees, maintaining trust between the various actors as she went. She coaches in a way that helps bring you to a realization on your own. Many of these things I continue to carry with me through career and life in general.”
